4. Job Posting Rules & Employer Obligations

All job postings must represent real, legitimate, and lawful employment opportunities. Employers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and authenticity of their listings.

5. Refund Policy

All job postings are non-refundable once published on the Engineering.Contractors platform. Platform resources, visibility, and exposure are delivered instantly and cannot be reversed. Refunds will not be issued for unfilled positions, changes in hiring needs, or removal due to policy violations.

6. Prohibited User Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on Engineering.Contractors:

• Fake, misleading, or deceptive job listings.
• Multi-level marketing (MLM) or pyramid schemes.
• Commission-only roles with no guaranteed base compensation.
• Jobs requiring upfront fees, investment, or training payments from applicants.

We reserve the right to review, edit, reject, or remove any job posting or user content at our sole discretion. Violations may result in account termination without refund.
